Value my W12

So im in 2 minds whether or not to sell up to fund a mortgage deposit.

On one hand the extra cash would be great, on the other I don't want to let it go for pennys.

Theres been quite a few SWB W12`s for sale recently, all around the 6-8k mark, and sitting on ebay for weeks. Bought mine for 8.5k 2 years ago and have only made it better.

So anyway, whats mine realistically worth?

2005 SWB W12 with about 104k miles
Ebony black with black leather and walnut, silver trim
Been told it has every possible extra you could get in 2005 amounting to a 97K bill for Manchester United who are the first owners in the book. Rumour has it it was Sir Alex Fergusons but they wouldn't confirm when the pervious owner phoned them up.
4x heated massage seats
Rear fridge
Rear screens
Bose surround sound
Working TPMS with 2 year old refurbished diamond cut wheels
ETC ETC ETC
Will have 12 months mot very soon after a service and few jobs sorted.
Just had new discs and brembo pads all round. Body work is in good nick, few marks here and there but overall very good.

THIS IS NOT A FOR SALE ADVERT, simply seeing if its worth selling. If not and the prices keep dropping, I'm just going to keep hold and do some overtime instead :P
