Default Another hobbies except S8/A8s ?

Well, I'd like to know how you spend your free time...
I do:
- speaker building (own designs, own manufacturing)
- custom HTPC building (or PC)
- photography (DSLR and such + photoshop)
- flying RC planes (used to build them, but now buying is cheaper and faster)..Planing on building a 130 inch span all foam WW2 fighter (ultra light floater with scale like characteristics)

Lets hear your addictions

Danny

P.S>:
current HTPC in making, to match my TEAC Reference setup

I think of S8 as a tool not hobby.

I got interests, things I like to do and try my hand at.

I mainly prefer designing and building things.
But at the moment I design them and get my mate to build it cause he got the tools and skills. Waiting on 3 things to come back.
Really looking forward to them, 2 for the car and 1 for a bell tent.

I'm currently trying to generate funds to purchase a metal lathe and vertical milling machine so I can start building my ideas my self without having to send them off to a third party.

But till that happens I will have to carry on enjoying my riding, cars and electronics.

I made this.

Hmmm

Ex Group N rally driver still love my cars
Mk2 escort rallying favourite
Also used to build scale rc planes biggest being a Spitfire with a 14ft wingspan .
Used to fly my night hawk replica helicopter with Raptor internal running gear and a bad ass gyro that would hold a head wind of 15mph !

Oh and I like tinkering with A8s of course

Another RC plane addict here

Here is one of my better flights, hope its not too boring.

I probably spend almost as much time putting power systems together and testing as I do flying.

I just repainted one of my older jets. They are very small only 70cm long
Respect to Guy, 14ft Spitfire, I'd be too scared to fly that.

How do
Iam learning drums at the minute started last August, going for my rock school grades, got myself a new set of Roland TD15 drums
Love anything to do with steam engines and the old railways, my dad used to build the models out of die cast metal and brass oo and o gauge, still have a few on display
Love doing my house bought as a repossession so needed gutting, only got en suite to go in and convert one of the garages into a tv room, have designed our bedroom and dressing room on a Sunseeker yacht as we used to have ski boats so have always loved boats
Love my cars, hifi, music and in car hifi
Or and work to pay for it all !!
Cheers Andy

Goran youd be surprised how easy it is to fly large models. Its easier then jerky small light planes. Thats why I want to build 130-160inch model. They fly better, slower, predictably....

That music box is very nice, and ingenious too....

14ft Spitfire...wow.Would like to have that. One of my favorite planes. What engine did it had? Reduction from Mick Reeves?

As for hobbies. If I have any, I guess its cooking, eating & drinking (mainly alcohol in all its delightful concoctions). And being a slob. Oh yes, sleeping. And reading. And photography (a bit). Opera (oh yeah).
