The Satnav checks for these read errors before assuming a genuine disc. This is what makes the disc difficult to copy and require specialist software. I have the ISO file, and despite trying different media, different recorders, different speeds have not made one the nav will read. That said, all the discs I created were spat out very quickly as incompatible without doing anything.
