Default Removing interior trim - how to?

Hi Guys, does anyone have some pdf's on how to remove all the interior trim in a D2 PF?

Thinking about doing that carbon 3M wrap as previously shown on this site, my wood trim is looking tired

Cheers

/Jake

Thanks Ioyle, I'm a little concerned about the stereo surround, first off I have a 1 DIN unit and second, its cracked(also why I need to upgrade it looks wise) I'm a little afraid that the previous owner has cracked it and then glued it... meaning I might destroy it completely when trying to remove.

But thanks for the guide... I will give it a go

Cheers

/Jake

Just a quick reply on this topic - did the removal and the guides are useless.

Carl from A8 parts told me how it was done and I´m glad he did... otherwise I would have smashed the interior to bits.

My trim does NOT pop out, the center dash trim is bolted on from the back and so is the trim underneath the armrest... So I had to remove EVERYTHING.

But it looks superb as of now, just missing the doortrims and dash-trims(that are lined up with the door-trim)

Pics will be supplied later

You have to undo the back rest and tip it forward to get the head rests out

I am stuck, the two pieces(one above airbag-glove box and the counterpart on the other side of the steeringwheel) theres no screws in the places mentioned by the guides... Has anyone ever removed this and had it differently than the guides?

Thanks in advance

Ps: everything else but that has been installed and it looks aces:-)

I think they are 4mm allen bolts, but should be there. You have to remove the vents to gain access - The audipages guide looked pretty accurate to me, albeit it swapped left to right.....

Yeah... But its the screws to the vents, also my glovebox has some metal-frame that is not shown on any guide... Shall I unscrew the whole glovebox?
