The front upgrade didn't go well
 Reason:    As you can see above I have to change the hubs to make it work, can anyone confirm that the link below shows the correct hub for the W12 calipers ? Link: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Audi-A8-D2...item27c7aba9c4 Is the different hub type a straight forward swap or will require further modifications ?

Talk to A8 parts - you need the later aluminium hubs not the steel ones as far as I'm aware which are far rarer to get hold of. The ones you've linked to are steel hubs from a 3.3tdi so not sure if they'd do the job or not - talk to David and tell him you're bolting on W12 calipers and he'll be able to advise

I cant get hold of the correct hubs and need your advice
Am I right by saying that the below part numbers are the correct ones to make the d3 big brake upgrade ? 4D0 407 257 M and 4D0 407 258 M

I finally managed to source the correct hub type.
Front brake upgrade is now completed, looks and stops very well   Next step is to install a RS6 C5 Set-Up on rear
