What will u say when your grandson asks.....
"what did you do in the 2009m Plymouth half marathon Granddad"?
I'll be able to say "Lad. I drank beer, put slug pellets around my dahlias and gave the beast a lick of paint......". Finished off the front valence and sills with these (except the lacquer)....  Then lots of masking......   Some plastic primer on the valence and normal primer on the sills..........   Then 3 coats of satin black...................   Also brought the duff engine home. Another little project!   So no running 13 miles and having a coronary!
