I think we have quorum so Wharf Tavern it is for lunch at 1pm, with a comfort break at Woodall Services on the M1 at roughly 4pm. After Woodall we have about 16 miles left on the M1 until we turn off and head cross-country to the hotel.
I've updated the Furkot map here  Eta at the hotel is 5pm.

Easier to get to from your way off the M40; I have to go several miles up the M42 and double back!
 (Edit: or cut across country from Warwick, which is more likely) Bit far south for us but we'll be there ; not sure how much of the convoy North we'll join in though, will probably peel off and do our own thing at some point (M42 J11?) later.

Polestar performance "optimisation".  (A much rarer model than a D2 S8 by the way!) Oh, and a brand new engine at just under 30,000 miles on the factory one!  Finally: gone, but not forgotten..... 1998 D2 PF S8. AgateGrey/Platinum. I popped in to the pub today to book a table as I passing on my way back from the office. Its quite a nice place, with tables outside by the canal if the weather is nice, although the reserved table will be inside. Entirely by coincidence its opposite a Mclaren dealership!
Be warned - Hockley Heath has average speed cameras in the 30mph zone. Its 2 and a half hours from home so barring traffic shenanigans we've got plenty of time to get there for 1pm.

Despite not attending the annual meet I may join the convoy for a few M5 junctions, joining as you pass junction 22, I imagine about 10:45ish....?
