A-Pilar trim

How do i get the trim off the left A-pilar, a couple of years ago my car has had a new screen, and it doesnt look like the fitter has put the trim on the A-post properly, as it is sitting slightly off the post (you can just about see between the trim and the A post through the windscreen)

Do i need to be wary of the curtain airbags when playing around with this? safest tweeked with the battery disconnected i assume?
