Well if it's not that dirty like a dusting you should just snowfoam it down, leave it on for 5 mins then jetwash off. To reduce drying tome apply a good wax, I use Dodo supernatural V2 but you can get cheaper ones. Then dry with a watermagnet. It's amazing how theese soak up water. To clean the brake dust off easily use bilbury wheel cleaner which isn't that acidic, or P21s red if you need something stronger (still non acidic).

I'd invest in a detailed clean from a profeesional (including a claying plus polishing), then you could top up the wax with Collinite 915 (cots about £23) and water just doesn't stick to the paint work after this has been applied. Subsequent cleaning jobs will be very easy and quick as most of the muck comes of with a rinse of a pressure washer.
If your using buckets fella I'd try and get access to a hose at least as these cars are truly massive.

How small are you?

I can bucket wash the 8 with one 10 liter bucket of hot water and any car shampoo i have got at the time and a hose pipe to rinse off.

Sorry didn't mean to be rude, I’m surprised that’s all the 8 isn’t the highest car. I didn’t think about it, you could actually be vertically challenged.
Can you reach the pedals ok?

lets just say that the weather down here near the ground is nicer that it is up there

i can do everything bar a stripe down the middle, its too tall and wide..indeed toooooooooooooo damn big.

and i got through 2 buckets-o-suds just to prettify it and another couple to rinse. I couldn't get close to doing the whole thing with just 1!
