Default Clear reinforced hose inside front bumper

Whilst having a root around to find the external temperature sensor I came across a clear, reinforced tube that runs the width of the inside of the bumper in front of the radiator. It's about 20mm in diameter.

Could someone tell me what it's for please. It looks a little too big to be supplying the head lamp washers.

Thank you. I thought it was. It certainly is a surprisingly large diameter. Must need the pressure to properly wash the lights.
