..and I don’t mean to contradict The Laird, but I’ve had great service from BCS....

I remember putting up a post about BCS and there were some negative reviews and concerns, I'm sure The_Laird was one of them. Audi sent my caliper off as they had previously used them so I didn't have much choice but I have to admit they did a good job. They eventually did both calipers at their cost and I was very happy with the results. This was over 12 months ago and I've not had an issue.

I eventually scrapped the 2 rear calipers that they did for me (after they’d been sent back for a rework, with no compensation for the cost of refitting twice to my car). They leaked (so much for pressure testing) and a bleed nipple was cross threaded. And, when i sent the front ones off to the people that Mark recommended (BCS had done them too, and they were never right), the 2 halves of the front ones were put together wrongly!

I’m glad some of you have good experiences with BCS, but my experience was dreadful, with all 4 calipers, over a period of time. And their attitude was terrible - basically ‘tough sh*t’.
