When I did the Maastricht return in October is was classical all the time.
I was on my own so my choice ruled.

Playing around with the [disappointingly minimal] DSP settings has some effect on sound too...

Yeah actually it is quite sad we cannot code the b&o to give the subs a bit more exercise at high volume levels. Especially if you like hard dance music and wobwobwob stuff.
I've bought a line level amplifier for in between the one box and the rear/sub amplifier. Still have to verify which cables I really need to cut and install it though.

I listen to a lot of Techno 'wobwobwob' and I've not noticed a lack of bass. Turn it up and things get properly physical. Wobwobwob

I don't find it great with classical symphony, string stuff. It's better with Opera with all the high drama moments. But, for me, it excels playing high energy electronic wierdness.

I really rate the 8's B&O, but don't assume you'l get the same level of B&O quality in the rest of the Audi range
