Default cracked downpipes

Hi All, took the s8 to audi for their free visual checkover and am pleased to say nothing untoward thrown up.

Other than one of the downpipes (assume there are just two downpipes ..??)has some exhaust bandage round it which they suspect is to cover up a crack.

Question is what are my options for improvment if I need to replace ?

is there a performance product to replace manifolds all the way through, or should I just get stainless parts as and when the required section 'dies' ??
