LPG filler underneath filler cap possible?

I see in this for sale thread that its possible with a D3 (http://forum.a8parts.co.uk/showthread.php?t=2411), is it possible with a D2?

I'm currently tossing up between a Jag S-Type R and a D2 S8, and a neat LPG solution for the S8 would probably be the deciding factor....
