Default My wife thinks I'm strange.....

...I had to use my spare wheel at the weekend for a couple of hundred miles. I don't like using it, as it's perfect; like new, but that is what it's for, so needs must etc.

So, now I have my normal wheel back on the car, I removed the spare from the wheel well (where the fitters had kindly popped it back in) and spent half an hour or so cleaning it. Wheel, tyre, the whole lot. She thinks that's strange, but it seemed obvious to me. Mmmmm shiny! Just wanted to share. :-)

quite proper too, I even regularly take off my road wheels and clean the insides and wax them before putting them back on!

Same here and nothing strange about it.
Tell it's strange to spend so much time on front of the mirror and painting it with some many weird fluids which transform your wife you know to one with a different face
My just got so used to it, it actually helps with leather cleaning and applying balsam

We are all NORMAL, no matter how an@l we are

I think we'll wait a long time for one of us to post that his wife thinks that he is normal. My wife thinks I'm mad but harmless.

I think that would sum mine wife's opinion up also. Perhaps mad but mostly harmless.

I also take the wheels off to give them a proper clean every now and then. She's never commented on that though!
