Default Filling and bleeding D3 V10 Cooling System & how to lock crankshaft?

Hi Folks,
I’ve finally found the source of a nagging oil leak, as it turns out it’s the front crankshaft oil seal.
1. As I have to remove the radiator can someone please let me know an at-home procedure for filling and bleeding the cooling system? I do not have access to the special Audi coolant bleeding gizmo.
2. How can I lock the crankshaft to remove the crank pulley bolt?

Thanks and stay safe👍
Stephen
