Default Wheel Bearing

I have a rumbling noise coming from the Left side which seems to alter with road speed. I suspect a wheel bearing, although I am unsure whether it is the front or the rear. I am thinking of doing both, maybe even all four. Has anyone done a wheel bearing change and what are the pitfalls?
My car is a 2004 4.0TDI Quattro with 190,000 miles.

i need a wheel bearing done on my D2.

The bearing is not the issue, its a press fit.

Unfortunately, the whole hub will need to come off to press out the old bearing & in the new one.

Other than that, no major issue.

I would suggest you get someone to check all wheels & only do the one that needs done, otherwise youre in for a hell of a job
