D2 roof bars
I've just lost the use of a 4x4 to carry around my bikes so i've got to convert the '8 to a bike rack!
I'd love to have a genuine audi or thule set of roof bars but just cant afford to shell that much out... There are a number of options on ebay but does anyone have any experience with particular brands? Or does someone have a set for sale!? Cheers, Scott

I bought some used ones from a member on here when they sold their d2 - Thule aero bars - and they're nice quality for sure
Have a look at http://www.skidrive.co.uk/index.php for reasonable new prices on Thule kits They do turn up on eBay although you might need to buy 2 sets or a mix of new and used to get all the bits I wouldn't use anything other than Thule aero or whispbars myself
