More beading porn!
Well, I finally got around to detailing my paintwork: clay; cut; polish; and wax. Never realised how much hard work it would be. But I'm fairly pleased with the results - even the scratch down the off side doors and rear wing (sorry James!) came out.
 Just need the rear bumper respraying now. Booked in for late May.  But when I showed off the finish to my wife she said "It looks black". Well, ... it is black,  so I asked what colour she thought it was. "Dark blue," came the reply "that's what I told the parking company that we've booked for our holiday". Now, my last S8 (now David's) is dark blue, and I've only had this one 16 months, so I suppose it's a bit early to notice really! Wheels and interior next.
