I had to change it, when it was on the ramps they noticed the old one was badly rusted and even had some holes due to rust. Unfortunately I was pressed for time and didn't have time to coat the new one with rust proofing something like Dinitrol.
Hopefully the factory paint will hold it long enough.

Hi Dave, should be 1769kg now, -10kg from wheels, -10kg from the suspension changes and SAI delete. Still haven't installed the battery, I'm waiting to get brackets for the TT seats made up so I can lose 40kg in one hit so I can feel it.

Sport Cats
Well not sport strictly speaking, just 200 cell HJS cats.
Weight is surprisingly low, just over 4kg for both.
Stock cats weigh 10.55kg with associated piping.
Without piping I estimate they weigh 7kg. (48cm + 34cm pipe length, 60mm outer diameter, 1.8mm wall thickness. 2 mounting plates 8cmx8cmx1.4cm. Total volume 388cm3)
