I was the same with mine Dan, though my choice of colour was deliberate. When I saw them I thought "Mmmm, maybe that was a bad choice of colour" but after they'd been on a few days I started to really change my mind, they really grew on me. Bushido came to view it a couple of weeks ago and said the photos didn't do it justice (he thought he'd hate them) but agreed they look much better "in the flesh" as it were.

My opinion is you'll grow to like them the longer you have them on the A8, and at that price you're hardly stuck with them like that if you change your view on them

Finally got my wheels back, now in the correct colour which is silver but with a matt lacquer. Kept the other pair as incorrectly done on gunmetal to use as my winter wheels. So with the mess up, ended up paying a grand total of £0.00 to them for 8 fully refurbed wheels.

They look excellent.

The Fat 5's are one of my favourite OEM wheels.

Do they ever came in 20", I wouldn't mind putting them back on the car in 20s.

Finally got my back brakes fitted, so today I put on my refurbed flat silver fat 5's.

Here are the new Zimmerman discs (thanks again Marcin for the help, they're ace)

And the wheels and new tyres which need a good clean too(excuse filthy state of the car):-

Spacers? Noooooo, surely not. They can't be 20mm spacers. The Mrs did ask me what they were but I had no idea.
