If thats TPMS then there should be another one where the battery is and another 2 at the front isn't ??

If there is exactly same one on the other side where the battery is then it must a TPMS - 99.9%
 Each wheel needs one close to the wheel Any chance you can get the PM number is it a one of the old pictures taken during the reversing camera retrofit??

Unfortunately its one of the old pictures and its buried behind all the TV tuner etc .
When i changed the battery I don't remember seeing one on the opposite side, and I think the tpms anntenas are in the wheel arches behind the liners
