Default Tpms module d2 a8

Hello i purchased a a8L d2 last year which has the active tpms system. Wien i got it it had a no communication error with the tpms module. I turned the system off using obdeleven with the plan to deal with it at a later date. Well now it is time. Does annyone know where this module is located? I have looked at some diagrams that seem to indicate it is located somewhere under the dash but it is pretty vauge about the precise location and i dont feel like tearing the dash apart to look for it untill i have some more info.

Great thank I was actually just there today replacing the steer8g adjustment module but didn’t notice any other modules but will have another look. Is it the same on a LHD car like mine.

Yes, same on LHD and RHD. There's a cutout in the polystyrene padding under the carpet, just to the side of where the two ESP sensors are.
