Shouldn't be, I had my rear seats out when I did the back window.

To get the rear seat out,

With the ignition on disconnect the negative terminal from battery
That's so electrical power is dissipated before disconnecting air bags

Pull rear seat bench up at the front about 8" with a sharp tug

Look under the seat bench you will see wiring attached to plastic retainers in the seat base, pull the retainer out of the seat bench, and remove bench.

Next disconnect airbag wiring, they you just removed.

Fold down centre arm rest and raise centre head rest in the area behind where the head rest would be in the lower position there are two nuts remove these.

At the bottom of the seat back you will see two 17mm head bolts securing the seat back if your car has ISO fix they will stick out and be obvious.

Once you have the bolts out its a swing out a little and lift up as the seat back is hooked into a bracket.

Hope that helps.

Front seats are bolted directly to the chassis, 4 bolts per seat.

I believe you undo the bolts, tilt whole seat backwards, disconnect wiring.

Be very careful when doing these bolts up after replacing the seats, you are bolting into the Aluminium space frame directly and do not want to strip the threads.
