Default Front control arm polybushes?

Would there be any interest in front polybushes for our D2s? I am looking at getting set made for mine in the future.

The only one which may need to be custom made is the front upper. All the others are the same as the B5 A4 and C5 A6 for which Powerflex and others have options.

There was a Polish company who did the full set, but their web site is broken.

Who are you talking to about it? Powerflex are up for making custom stuff, and actually its fairly easy to make your own if you can make the moulds.

Powerflex is expensive.

I have a friend who has been making bushes for C4 chassis, and is happy to do a set for D2 front. These would be same stifness/hardness as OEM rubber bushes.

Those are interesting. Is the poly turned or cast?

A set for the rear of the D2 would be quite useful since they all need doing at their current age and we are going to run out of genuine rubber bushes soon.

Same parts on both - just no rear diff or shafts for FWD I can supply suspension components for patterns if needed.

Subframe bushes are also on my list to reproduce in poly too since we'll run out of them as well.

I've been told they're moulded.

I will look into it.
