Default 4.0 TDI Turbo Module 2 Fault Code - Limp Mode

Guys, I had my actuator refurbished 2 months ago (complete with warrant) . It throwing up the following codes. Update: drove 20 mins this morning no faults or limp mode. Could someone advise where the earth connection would be for the turbo 2 actuator? I'm thinking it could just be a bad connection.

Hi did you use vcds to control the actuator to see if its working ok, there is a bulletin on here somewhere to service the actuator on the 4.0tdi.
these turbos are variable vain type so it could be sticky vains on the turbo do I google search on sticky vain turbos you do get diesel additives for this.

cheers trev

Sent unit back and it was repaired again without any extra cost. Appears to be fault free today - so far.
