Is everyone going to go from Dover? Do we want to meet up there?
If you are going from Hull we can meet somewhere on the route. Any thoughts?

My first engine swap after cambelt failure. 1996 4.2 A8SQ - Ming Blue. 178k on a cambelt! Trader's 8. Delivered to A8Parts at Lifex. 2003 2.8 A8SQ - powder blueish. Fill in for a while. Sold on. 1998 1.8T A4 Avant FWD. Ming Blue (there's a theme here), PEX for the 97 S8. And a list of non VAG going back 40 years before I saw the light.

Have just talked to Chris and booked the last twin room in the hotel. there is a 4 bed room left if anyone wants it otherwise its into the alternative hotel about 3Km away. I believe there are plenty of rooms there.
You want to 4 bed room shout quickly. You want a twin or single in the alternative hotel shout soon.

here are my plans for the german meet. anybody welcome to join in if they wish or if you can think of any better ideas then please let me know.
i plan to travel to hull on friday for a teatime sailing to rotterdam that will arrive saturday morning. from there it is about 294 miles to the meet at edersee so should arrive just before lunch. the plans are to stay at the meet for saturday and sunday. on sunday evening i plan to travel to the nurburgring and find some accomadation locally. monday morning i plan to give my all time dream a go with a few blasts round the ring and see how my s8 performs. just after lunch on monday i plan to travel back to rotterdam for the teatime sailing back to hull where we should arrive tuesaday morning then a short trip home. anybody with some ideas then let me know and if anybody wants to come along then the more the merrier
