Default Audi's in the Park 2010

Audi's in the Park 2010

Date:

8 Aug 2010

Location:

Wicksteed Park

Ariel View

How to get there:

Directions

Webpage

http://www.audisinthepark.co.uk/index.htm

Details:

I have applied for a club stand for 25 cars and recieved the following e-mail:-

Audis in the Park 2010 updates and Information.
8 months and counting.
Yes, I know, you’ll all say “that’s ages away”......but believe me, the time is flying by!
I really can’t believe the amount of following and interest AITP has created.
2009 was good but it really is looking like 2010 will smash all expectations!
I would like to take this time to thank each and every one of you for supporting and promoting AITP on various forums and social network sites (facebook, twitter, myspace etc etc etc)
Please feel free to continue to post wherever you may think it will generate even more interest and let’s get AITP firmly stamped on the “must attend” calendar.
This year I will be selling advance wristbands for £5 each. This entitles the driver and occupants of his/her car into the park AND the main event AITP!!!!!
These can be purchased through the website and paid for via paypal. Simply click on the link in the "Advanced Tickets" tab of www.audisinthepark.co.uk

I’m urging clubs/forums to pre-book "X" amount of wristbands and paying in advance. (Individuals can also buy tickets directly through the website or get a trusting member of the forum to book a quantity)

This will be a benefit in many ways.

1) Will speed up entry into the park (Gate staff will wave wristband wearers through)

2) Will allow me to allocate designated club space and avoid overcrowding as I will have a rough idea of what clubs and attendance figures to expect based on ticket sales.

3) Paying in advance will obviously save you money (all be it only £1, but like Tesco say, "Every little helps"

4) Running an event like AITP obviously comes with costs, so paying in advance will help me in paying for hiring the event field itself, trophies, flyers and website etc etc etc etc!Last year ALL ticket money went directly to the park!

5) You get a lovely fetching AITP wristband to wear with pride, telling the whole community "YOU WERE THERE"

All that’s left for me to say at this stage is KEEP POSTING, KEEP PROMOTING AND KEEP LOOKING FORWARD TO AITP 2010!

Regards

Calvin

Reckon I'll be there.

Do we pay through the club or on the website ourselves?

You... Picky???

Thought we'd do the list that we normally do with the chaos of everyone adding themselves to the list in a new post as it's more fun that way

But if it keeps you happy, then we can go with the 'just reply and Conan_the_Librarian will add you to HIS list' method.
