Please leave details of your favourite products here.

A quick description, what you used it on, a link to the manufacture would be good and any photos that show before and after would be cool.

Did a quick clean on my engine covers yesterday.
Scrubbed them with Meguiars All Purpose Cleaner (http://www.meguiars.co.uk/cgi-bin/specwd.pl?pc=D10101&tp=0). Rinse and dry.

then used 3 products which came out like this........

http://forum.a8parts.co.uk/attachment.php?attachmentid=255&d=1243244441

On the left is Poorboy's Natural Look Dressing available here (http://www.detailedobsession.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=31&products_id=64)

In the centre is Poorboy's Trim Restorer available here (http://www.detailedobsession.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=29&products_id=58)
On the right is AutoGlym's Instant Tyre Dressing (http://www.autoglym.co.uk/enGB/product-proddetail.asp?v06VQ=FM&Range=1)

The PB NLD is a cleaner and leaves a matt natural look. Applied with a small paint brush and buffed off with an MF cloth.

The PB TR leaves a satin sheen which I quite like. Applied with a small sponge to get in all the nooks and crannies and allowed to dry naturally, or lightly buffed with a cloth.

The AG ITD is sprayed on then I used a paint brush for even cover. Allowed to dry naturally it comes up with with a good sheen. It can be buffed dry with a cloth for lower levels of shine. This stuff is good on engine plastics if your in a rush. Using a fine spray nozzle just spray everything under the bonnet and it will dry to a streak free finish. Leaves a slightly oily feel.

My Choice it PB's TR lightly buffed with a cloth.

I used the AutoGlym Vinyl & Plastic stuff on my engine bay components, gives a really good shine.

Also used the Machine Cleaner to get all the muck off first.
