Audi A8 D4 - 4.0 FSI - High Mileage?

Hi guys

I'm looking at selling my D3 and buying a D4. I was just curious if the petrol 4.0 is recommended? If anyone has one, what is the real world MPG? And finally, should I expect any problems if I buy high mileage? I.e. 120k +?

I dont think there are many D4 owners who have had that engine for any length of time on here unfortunately - I can only think of ensuring you have covered off any of the usual known Audi FSI engine issues (ie carbon build up etc), but I dont know of any issues particular to that 4.0FSi A8 engine I'm afraid.

Damn, perhaps I should stay away from the unknown. It's such a beautiful car as well :'(
