I've had some updates regarding the venue and costs to hold the meet there.

Charges on the day will be £10 per car. That's £10 per car. Don't care how many people you have inside :) This is significantly better than Billing, as they wanted to charge us for the pitch, plus £10 on the gate!!!

Bargain! I might even bring the missus now..
