Can you design one that will "silence" low-flying light planes with noisy engines.

Bane of our life in summer, and only about 1 in 10 seems to have a properly-silenced engine comparable to a car of similar-ish power. This really should be mandatory if flying over populated areas below about 5000ft. :mad:

Helicopters would be a bonus, though they are only a major PITA on Silverstone weekend when we're on one of the major routes.
