Easy done mate. No need to unscrew the bracket holding the inner sensor as we did today, pull apart both clips holding sensor same as you would do on the corner sensor +++
If you can't get anyone to hold the bumper for you, make sure you have something to rest the bumper on. There is a lot of flexibility with just one side undone, I was well surprised.
