I can see why people would have an issue with the photo in isolation but when looking at all the others in the link from Steamship it fits in with the theme (having fun - child dressed similar to mother with leopard print). It's all about context really.

You missed another point Steamship... He was driving with only one hand on the wheel, also, why doesn't the woman appear to be driving at any time? She just hangs out the sunroof or puts the child in the back!
