Okay... Update...

Ran the race this morning and muddled my way round in 56:15 or thereabouts (waiting on official time), which is almost a minute off (better than) my personal best (which I set 6 years and a few pounds ago).

Many thanks to all of you who donated, your help is much appreciated.
