Ha ha!!! I looked at a newer one, but I just get a newer one with the same mileage for another £6k....

I'm gonna facelift it, fit AMI, APS+, brakes and a few other bits. In talks about supercharging it too :D Depends if the gas system can take it though.....

We will see :)

For supercharging you'll be limited to about 400Bhp on a prinz system. I discussed this at lenght with the Prinz UK head office and they're suggestion if you want to go abouve 400Bhp is to have 2 systems fitted. Basically 2 evaporators to meet demand. Howver, LPG is for economy, if you want power switch back to petrol!

With an LPI system where the petrol capability is removed (my route on Projekt AnA) the limit is 480Bhp with the injectors being the restriction.

Are you supercharging? Out of interest what one are you planning on running? Feel free to PM me if required.

I have a Landi Renzo kit on mine and I already have 2 evaporators luckily.

The problem with performance LPG systems is the ration of gaseous LPG to air that enters the cylinder. The more gaseous LPG there is (needed for power) the less oxygen there is as it is displaced by the LPG.

This is not such a big problem with petrol as the volume is not such a big issue.

To get big power out of LPG you either have to use F.I. or an LPI system which inject LPG in it's liquid form just above the inlet valve with the phase change taking place in the cylinder allowing more oxygen in.

The prinz system I have is good for about 400BHP. However I am running well over that on LPG. But then I'm using N2O! :D
