just out of interest what issues would removing the cats from a 4.2 pf cause?
|
None. I have done it on my 'track' car and there are no issues. It's illegal in the UK though to use on the roads.

Having my cat done tomorrow, thats after £1200 of suspension work and it needs a new turbo which is happening next month. Brought a 2.0D to save me money and its cost me PF S8 money already. Plan is to keep it long enough to recoup money. :(

my cats where one of the first things to go on the car, the car was slow an i assumed that they where blocked (proberbly due to our crap fuel quality)so i removed them.only issue is droning noise at constant speed and when its a cold start i get ppl asking me if the exhaust has a hole in it.so i need to replace the cat box with a straigh pipe.in RSA we dont have to have cats in
