Bought a load of Autoglym stuff on 3 for 2 a month or 3 back, including the clay bar kit. It's all elbow grease and a bit of care to avoid doing more harm than good. Once you get in to a rhythm it's not too taxing and actually quite rewarding. I never quite get round to doing the full job in one session, so really need to clay/polish and then get around to waxing mine before salt starts getting spread!!

I usually buy loads of QD on the 3 for 2... and the alloy wax... Everything else I'm still using from the detailing world box I won last year

Looks crisp Olie+++ Realy love the red side indicators as well.
Which Collinite are you using? I would suggest 845 as its a breez to work with and comes out fantastic on LY7M Silver! I've got a couple of layers of this stuff and its still beading well, plus had some jeleous toe rag try to key it and found that he didn't even penetrate the wax layer lol!:p Also there is decent stuff at halfrauds and the Autoglym product range is quite good eg. SRP, Bumper care and Engine and machine cleaner are some of my favourites. |
Hi Ska - I actually use the 476S which works a treat.
For those that love a bit of beading...+++ http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6070/...8a4c1e18_z.jpg |
careful - I might have to come around and stroke her paintwork when I've finished stroking mine. . . . oh damn did I say that out loud again?? :D
