When my BMW needed a new screen. Aviva booked it in fairly quickly, then I rang back and said I wanted a BMW screen from BMW, no problem they said, I had to wait a few more days from the original date but they got it from BMW. Got a massive chip in the new one the next day. :rolleyes:

Sorry, it wasn't heated. But they agreed on a genuine one over a patern part without any quibble.
