Is it better? Will it also solve the lack of volume? Or will I need to run a pre amp?
This may be a stupid question but why don't the RCA's out of the head unit just go to the line in to the Bose amp? Different somehow?

That is made by Connects2 who are a well-known brand; I'd research what they make as that eBay listing specifically says:

which suggests there's almost certainly a similar unit for RCA outputs. ;)

A question to that eBay seller would be a good start. :cool:

I've fitted the new wiring adapter it's a connects2 CT53-AU04 and now have sound out of all the speakers, the kit is very good and very easy to fit. I've also had a facia plate laser cut, this is the first prototype and needs a little adjustment! I guessed the radius wrong and its not the final material (satin black acrylic) so just a little bit of tweaking to get it fitting perfectly
