Nope Conan, not easy at all, rewarding though!

Here are the pictures as promised, quite shabby but you get the picture, excuse the pun :D

This is what the key mark on the S8 used to look like, the only mark on the car(apart from stonechips)!

After a G220 with Menz IP it started to look like this...

Went over it some more and you really can't see it that very well anymore. You would have to know it was there to find it.

Now the Porsche:

Snowfoamed down

Than did the usual clay etc...

Now it was time to get the G220 out, these were the results!

After going over with G220

Aftershots

Believe it or not this A8 shot is also a reflection from the Porsches bodywork.

What better way to finish off a post than some A8 p*rn ? :D

Looking good!

Hard work definitely pays off... Need to sneak some decent polishing gear past the finance committee.

I'm really excited about starting this years detail. With new sealants and glazes waiting to be tested and a powerful 500W halogen twin light stand, this will enable me to see all but the microscopic of swirls, here's hoping for a weekend of good weather, not looking likely though :(

Nobody want to use Swissvax products?

Singh 17th March 2010 10:58 PM

Haven't used any yet Dezzy. Just ordered a whole load of new goodies today. The one I'm looking most forward to though is Zaino Z-8. Anyone used it?
Next big cleaning project is going to concentrate on my interior mainly leather.

darrenjoe90 18th March 2010 02:25 PM

what are you going to use on your leather amar ? i have some gliptone liquid leather that i am going to use. only cos i like the smell of it. may also but some new mats this year if i can find some good quaity ones

Singh 18th March 2010 04:50 PM

Gliptone leather cleaner to clean and then the conditioner to protect afterwards. I also use a raceglaze wire leather cleaning brush but I would buy this,

It really lifts out all the stubborn dirt but is soft enough not to damage it.

darrenjoe90 18th March 2010 05:34 PM

just bought myself a brush also just ordered some ag fast glass. just in need of a good electric polisher now. off to look on flebay +++

Singh 18th March 2010 05:43 PM

Which one you going to go for?
