Went back to get the wheel this morning, all is good and its now back on the car with the spare once again where it belongs. Drove 20 miles on the fixed wheel and it seems to be fine, but I've not yet been up to motorway speeds (we have none in Dorset).

If we ever get any good weather then I'll take the spare out and clean it, as its quiet dirty from the mud farm track.
