It worked great on my black seats but people tend to struggle on the lighter colours I think. Good luck and let us know how it goes. My black seats lasted very very well!

I've done some partial remedial work so far on my (beige) seats with good results so far.
Lots of thin coats is I think the secret with lighter colours.

Great stuff Oli, that kind of reassures me even more as lifetime of this stuff we are worried about the most +++

HP, that was my thinking, do few thin coats before sealing it +++

I've also got good results with beige seats (see http://forum.a8parts.co.uk/showthrea...woolies&page=4 ) and the seats still look good after a lot of use.

As noted in the thread David linked too, I just ordered the same code as him and it worked fine - pictures in there of my part-work on the drivers seat and patching of the rear bench to hide child-seat damage. Still not finished. :o

I've also changed the colour of my handbrake to match the seats. See: http://forum.a8parts.co.uk/showpost....09&postcount=7
Edit: Better picture later in the same thread, this is more how it looks now. http://forum.a8parts.co.uk/showpost....1&postcount=12
If you look carefully in the second picture you can see I also coloured the plastic cover next to the handgrip, again with the Woolies "substance".

Try Lee Drake

I know him through another hobby and he's well recommended +++

He's down your neck of the woods too IIRC

Pole position side bolsters are a nightmare!

Something not quite right with your link.
Try:Crack and rip repair www.colourlock.com car leather
Interesting that they used a heat gun to speed some of the drying.

M-A8 16th November 2014 08:49 PM

Probably because I used the insert image option instead of link

But this is the link +++

Found this guys as well. They ask for the interior's leather colour code in order to mix the correct colour
