Well got the bolts today, no thread lock on them so can anyone recommend which thread lock they have used on the same job?

Won't be able to get under the car untill Saturday morning :(

Elsawin instructions attached - doesn't make mention of threadlock, but something from the Loctite range intended for automotive use will be fine I'm sure :)

You are a star :)

Thanks for taking the time to find that for me, just what I need +++

No worries mate - half the fun is working out the logic of where to find info in elsawin and etka :D

Job done :)
All back on the road, spent more time lining the wheel bolts up fitting the wheel back on than the job it's self lol

Why can't Audi's have disc screws lol

There should be something like this in your tool kit, though fairly common for them to get broken or lost, sure someone on here got a metal one as a replacement?

From memory Mercedes ones are metal and are available on ebay etc for buttons. I've never broken a plastic one so live with it!

Thanks chaps. Nothing like that in the boot :(

Thanks
