I have the Extended console allready but i have not fit it because it would not be a good if i have to take 4 passengers :( although i am itching to fit it .... also its a slightly lighter colour than the Platinum i think its more of a cream colour than Grey so im a tad unsure of it yet ...

oh bugger .. seems im quite far away from ultimate spec after all :( 3G would be nice but it would be one hell of a retro fit !

3G retrofit has been done, its very costly though and isnt technically an option for your car

to be honest aside from the Potential Google mapps .. there is not a great deal that 3g MMI can do that a well equiped 2G system cant do id say ... i did look into it but there were too many hurdles .. like loosing the rear remote as the MMI control unit is different altogether with the Joystick on top and mine has the RF unit in it.

I know its a A6 but its pretty close to ours.
