Looks like 50, probably due to spoke design. Nice though.

Looking very good indeed. Out of curiosity how much did you pay for them? I might consider a set of these with the with the 45 profile tyre when my tyres will need replacing.

Are there any issues with using bigger circumference tyres? Obviously the speedo will show a bit less (probably correct reading :) But anything else to consider?

Hi Buddy. I know some people are precious about how much they pay for stuff, but I'm not TBH. These wheels were on eBay for £1000 with 2 Goodyear Eagles and 2 Pirelli P Zeros all 6mm. The chap, Julius, an automotive importer and I came to agree on £700, outside of eBay naturally. I think that's more than a fair price:)

I'd passed on some similar wheels (same size, from an S5) a week or two ago, the fella and I came to agree a figure of £400. When I saw them one tyre had a nail in the shoulder of the tyre and another's lacquer had begun to peel quite badly. So I passed. Given the cost of a 19" tyre. He sold them the next day (after they'd miraculously been fixed) for £545 on eBay.

Re: the speedo, I haven't GPS'd it yet, but I will this weekend and report back.

I've not had any other issue. The ride is better than I thought. Not harsher in any way, bit more precise on turn in. No rubbing etc on full lock or what have you. The ET I believe is only one mm different from the 17s I replaced, although the tyre width is 30mm greater.

All the best. John.

the alloys look really nice, contrary to what i initially thought what they would look like on a D3.
i am glad you mentioned that with 255/45/19 the ride is not harsh,as i am changing mine from 255/40/19 to the ones you have for that reason.

If calibration is the same as a PF car then your speedo will be Bob on, I run 255/45/19 and it's on the button with the speedo now.

That's encouraging. Cheers. I'll give the car a run tomorrow on the M'way.

Tested speedometer today at a range of speeds. And it is in fact spot on!

P.S. What tyre pressures do you run? I have them at 37f and 40r. Seemed close to the nearest size in the guide on the fuel filler cap. Seems a little skittish TBH
