Great. I'm aiming for 1:30 - 2:00. Get a coffee on arrival, and chill in the garden if it's dry.

Lovely.

Great photo, great get together, and a lovely reunion/commemoration/celebration - and really well looked after by Andy and all the Biggin Hall team, as ever.

Hi All,
Great photo making a lovely reminder of a great day. I feel so fortunate to have met and made friends with such a great group of guys.
On the day, I took Lyn home by 23:30 and managed to be home myself with Jordan at 00:20 on the Sunday.
Up at 05:00, collected my first passenger in Southport at 07:00 and finally arrived in Tenby at 17:05. A long and tiring day.
Very busy, no time to look at the forum, sorry. Arrived home yesterday, Thursday at 19:00, absolutely shattered.
Looking forward to a few easy weeks until this mornings wake up phone call. Another driver dropped out, no bloody stamina. I am now out on Sunday with a six day Llandudno tour.

That's the Chopper's baby brother (literally), the Tomahawk. Apart from size, only subtle differences including only a single gear. Aah, the halcyon days of Sturmey Archer gears.

100% right Sean, and yes Nick, we were discussing both. I had a Tomahawk, as my working class Glaswegian parents couldn't stretch to "proper" Chopper - still great fun and great memories. I recently tried to buy a lovely red Chopper from a vintage (clothes!) store in Glasgow, but they told me they wouldn't sell it... :-(
