Its looking unlikely I'll make it this year unfortunately....

October should be the closing stages of making my house fit for living in again, so cant see me having time.

Surely once the house is up and running you will just use the teleporter to beam across to events? :D

We're on Day 2 of Rahau digging and final throws of first fix inside.... Soon be done.... :rolleyes:

My room booked for friday and saturday night at the crown. They said more rooms are available if anybody else wants one. Breakfast is also available for those who want one but it must be booked in advance +++

Nice one Darren. Well I have been trying to get a list together of who wants breakfast so I could book en-mass but after not many responses I'm just going to book mine and join you for breakfast. If anyone else wants to do so then I suggest they also call THE CROWN INN also.

In respect of times on the day - the gates are open from 7 am for traders, 7.30 for track entrants, concours entrants and club members, with members of the public admitted from 9 am onwards. On that basis we should be at the gates for 8.30am to go in so breakfast should be perhaps from 7.45 to 8.15am +++

Its held at Castle Combe Race Circuit Nr Chippenham, Wilts on Saturday October 8th and I propose that as with last year any that want to meet up just down the road for the Big Boy Breakfast before we all cruise to the circuit together to go in.
I will post further details in the next week or two but lets try and get as many 8's to this show as we can and there's track time available as well as a club stand for the cars to park up together. It will cost you £10 to go in at Castle Combe but the club stand passes are free, just let me know if you need one sending or want to collect it at The Crown when we meet up

seems like a good opportunity to say to anyone on the attendance list plus anyone else that wants to come -

can you PLEASE confirm the following back to me on here or on PM as soon as you can -

1. That you are coming and want a space on the club stand (you will need to pay £10 per person to get in but I have the club stand passes per car and they are free, they get you into the main arena and enable us to park up as a group.

2. If you are coming whether you intend to meet up with us at THE CROWN INN for breakfast and then I can hand you your pass there and we can all cruise in to the arena area together to park up. If you are not meeting at the crown then PM me asap with your contact details for me to post the pass off to you.

3. If you are meeting at the Crown Inn, how many people in your car are wanting to order the cooked breakfast or continental breakfasts, as I need to let the pub know numbers by this weekend.

If you are on the list at the start of the thread then you have reserved a pass but I need to know for sure that you are coming as we dont have spare passes to waste

Sub-Zero all I need to know is the above 3 things if you can confirm that would be great! I am meeting with the A7 owners at the weekend but we should have 4 or 5 joining us and possibly Amar with his RS6 too :D
