You need to go back to basics,

Crank it over and spray some "easy start" (or any other flammable liquid) into the inlet system does it carry on running?

If yes - you have a fuel problem
If no - you have a spark/maybe fuel problem

Also a compression test might be a good idea

What about the CPS (crank position sensor)?
