Sounds like a result there fella.

The F125 switch might just need cleaning up, even a replacement switch is cheaper than a 'box refurb.

not 100% sure, it works with my S8 which is the same year so guess it should, best e-mail the guy to check before buying if I were you

If it helps, I can dig out the receipt for my F125 replacement earlier this year. There are 2 versions of this thing, one more expensive than the other. My car is also a 2002 S8 and needed the more expensive switch. But as said above, it's cheaper than a gearbox!

Spot on fella, got a call today from my mate saying the wrong F125 was sent and the one I need is around £125! :rolleyes: Now won't get the car back till next week as he's away for the weekend! :(
